[CUSTOMIZATION] 92. BUTTON CUSTOMIZATION

Adds the ability to customize the colors of Inline and buttons of the Lower Menu, as well as use the «TG Premium» emoji in their names if you have a «TG Premium» account.

▪️ Available colors:
- Red (🟥)
- Green (🟩)
- Blue (🟦)
❗️ No «TG Premium» required.
❗️ Available colors are determined by Telegram itself - you cannot set your own or increase their number.
❗️ To see the results, you need the Telegram app version v12.4 or higher.
▪️ The color setting occurs (using a switch button) when creating a button, or when editing it - at the stage of entering the button's name. This applies to both - the Lower Menu buttons and the Inline buttons.

TG PREMIUM EMOJI
▪️ The setting in the Button Editor will appear after activation.
❗️ For the «TG Premium» emoji to be added to the button, the person adding it must be a «TG Premium» account.
❗️ For the «TG Premium» emoji to be shown in the bot, the bot owner's BotFather account must be a «TG Premium» account.
▪️ You can get «TG Premium» with discount in you  bot:

❗️ Only ONE emoji can be added to the button (Telegram restriction)
