How to notify and ask users (QnA Chat)
• As soon as you receive a "New Answer" from the user, to the Question you asked through the bot using the Feedback Form created in it, you can click «Notify User» or «Ask User» to continue communication with him.
• Notify User: One-way communication.
In this mode, the user will not be able to answer.
• Ask a User: Two-ways communication.
This mode lets user to respond with ONE message.

The user can also be given a Ban in the Feedback Form - after which he will not be able to write to the Bot's Forms (he will still be able to use the bot though). Read more here...
If you need to completely ban a user in a bot - so that he cannot use its menus and functionality - you need:
Total Ban.
Unlike the ban in QnA chat, when only the spammer's ability to respond in forms is subject to a restriction, this functionality allows you to completely ban the user in the bot, as a result of which he will completely lose the ability to press any bot buttons, see its menus and messages.
