Items

The «Items» section contains the main (initial) product settings. Manual product addition starts in this section.

To go to the «Items» settings, go to your Bot:

«Categories», «Items» and «Storage» are sections necessary for the operation and management of the content (products) of your shop.

The Storage section contains advanced Product options - by default, it is disabled and may not be visible in the menu.

❖ Items Menu

This section allows you to add a new Items (products) manually and set its basic parameters and properties (advanced product parameters are set in the «Storage» section).

At the lower menu, for ease of use, there are buttons «Categories» and «Storage» for quick navigation between sections. This is convenient when actively editing or creating a new shop.

Add Product

Allows you to add a new Item. Adding occurs using a step-by-step Wizard.

Before adding a product, make sure that you are in the right Category of your Shop's catalog.

For the initial creation of the Items, you must specify:

Product name

A short and capacious name that will allow the user to identify this product among similar ones. Don't use too long titles, but display distinctive features of the product, such as "Model" or another important parameter.

Maximum name length: 100 characters.

Product description

A more complete, but still brief, understandable, and most importantly reliable description of the characteristics of the added Item.

Maximum description length: 250 characters.
You can use any Bot's macros in this message.

The ability to add a full, detailed product description will be added later, as a separate product option.

Choose a pricing method

● Common price - when the product being sold has no variants of execution and is presented in only one form - the bot will prompt you to specify the single price.
● Product variants - when one product has several variants (for example, different colors or sizes) and the available product variants are sold at different prices, you will need to specify a button name for Product Variants, Variant Names (as list) and Price (as list).

Due to the fact that products in shops can have an unpredictable number of different parameters (and there is no way to guess which of these parameters you need, in this particular case), when manually adding a new product through the Wizard, you need to set only its most basic parameters - required at least for its identification among other similar Items and without which the Item cannot be considered as such at all.

Thus, you can add a simple new product in just a few clicks. A more detailed configuration of the product occurs in its properties.

❖ Items management

Created Items are represented as messages in the section's chat. Changing the settings of the created product (in the «Items» mode) is done using the inline buttons under the message containing the data of the product you need. To change the product's settings, click the corresponding online button.

Delete, Move Item

Deleting and Moving items occurs by analogy with managing your bot's menu messages, so we will not dwell on this process in detail.

Change Item

The function of changing the product parameters, in addition to the ability to edit the minimum required parameters specified when creating (adding) the product, makes it possible to assign a certain number of additional (optional) to the product.

Edit All Values

Allows you to edit the previously entered data for the selected Item using the same Settings Wizard that was used to create it (Adding).

Parameters: «Name», «Description», «Price», «Change Item Variants» are the same parameters as in the New Item Wizard.

Photo

Allows you to add product's images.

IMPORTANT: Send pictures ONE at a time. Each time, make sure you send it as a picture, and not as a sticker. The Telegram app sometimes sends pictures as stickers and as a result they won't show up in your shop.

IMPORTANT: If you sent all the pictures correctly, but they are not shown in the shop when viewing the Items (Products), check that the Category template settings has media display enabled (On) for this section of your shop.

Delivery

Enabling this option indicates that the product requires delivery. When ordering such a product, the user will be shown the corresponding menu with a choice of delivery options.

The setting determines whether it is necessary to provide a choice of delivery option for this product. 
Modes:
Off ⏹️ - no delivery required.
On ▶️  - delivery required - when ordering, a menu with a choice of options will be shown.

Hidden Item

The created product can be hidden from users. To do this (if it is not already hidden), click the inline button: «Visible».

Show Product

Hidden Items can be shown to users again. To do this (if it is currently hidden), click the inline button «Hidden».

Hidden products will be separately marked in the message with their details.
