Shop: Terms of Use and Billing
Mandatory Terms of Use, as well as Tariffs, features and options for connecting the functionality of the Shop.
❖ Terms of use
IMPORTANT: Shops are moderated manually. A person will physically enter your shop and view the content of your shop. MODERATION OF ALL SHOPS IS PERFORMED PERIODICALLY.
1. It is forbidden to use the Shop without agreeing to these Terms. Activating one of the Tariffs or starting to use the Shop, in any other way, implies acceptance of these Terms.
2. Content prohibited for placement in the Shop:
• ANY topics prohibited in Telegram.
• ANY other topics that would seem unacceptable to the Moderator conducting the review.
3. Notwithstanding the above list, only the Moderator, in accordance with their ideas of normality, determines the possibility or necessity of blocking or DELETING the Shop.
4. In case of detection of violations, the Shop will be forcibly disabled, and subsequently deleted. The offending account will be flagged in our system.
5. In the event of a repeated violation, all Shops in account will be blocked, and the account itself will not be able to create Shops any longer.
❖ Tariffs
Basic tariffs are divided by the size of the Shop.
IMPORTANT: Since the Shop is by definition a commercial enterprise, payment for its functionality is made MONTHLY.
To activate the functions of the Shop, you need to select one of the Tariffs:

You can renew no earlier than 30 days before the expiration of the current term.

The Free Tariff is provided as is and will remain available for as long as we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to stop providing a Free Tariff if the need arises.

❖ General restrictions
Lifetime of Items in the Cart
The list of Items in the shopping Cart is stored for 1 hour.
If the Order has not been placed within this time, the contents of the user's shopping Cart will be cleared.
Number of orders per user
General limit on the number of created orders per user.
Orders in any status: 10 orders.
When the limit is reached, the user will have to delete old, unnecessary or already completed (received) orders, before he can create a new order.
Number of unpaid orders
Limiting the number of orders that were created but not paid by the user.
Orders in the status «Created» and below: 3 orders.
At the time of writing the manual, these are the statuses: «Cancelled» and «Created». For a complete list of Order Statuses, see the Working with a Single Order section.
The life time of the Orders
General limit on the storage time of the order's history.
Orders in any status: 30 days.
Storage of orders longer than 30 days is not due to operational necessity. For archiving and similar long-term storage, the Shop will provide you with the various exports and the ability to log orders into private groups.
