Shop Settings

This section contains general settings and parameters of your shop that affect the admin interface and the display of Products in your shop. In addition, this section includes additional, advanced sections that allow you to create more complex shops.

To go to the Shop Settings go to your Bot:

Product Templates

This section allows you to create Message Templates to display the Products of your shop. The Templates created here can be assigned to the Categories of your Products - this way, having created a Template once, you can use it in the right places simply by selecting it from the list.

Add Template

Allows you to create a new template following the instructions of the step-by-step Wizard.

Show Media in Items List

The setting determines whether the added pictures of the Item will be shown in the Category using this Template.
Modes:
On ▶️ - pictures will be shown (default)
Off ⏹️ - pictures will NOT be shown.

Set the template name

It is advised to give the Templates a different names from the Categories themselves, or to distinguish them in some other way. The Templates are selected by pressing the buttons with their names, so it is possible to confuse them with the Categories it selves if they have the same names.

Set the template body

This setting determines how the message with the product's data, in the Category that uses this template, will look like.

Root Category Template

Allows you to set the Product's Template of the main page (Root Category) of your shop. The template will be used if you add products to the shop's Root Category. The choice of a template is carried out from the list of already existing (Templates created by you earlier).


Root Category Message

Allows you to set a message for the main page of your shop (Root Category) - the place that contains all the Product Categories and cannot have a parent Category.


New item default visibility

When creating new Products, they can be made invisible to the user and included as needed.

The setting was created for convenience and determines whether the new Product will be created "visible" or "invisible" for the shop's users. 
Modes:
Off ⏹️ - product is created invisible to users.
On ▶️ - the product is visible and available to users immediately after creation.


Storage Options

One of the advanced sections of Product management. Turns on as needed.

Enables and disables the "Storage" section in the Admin Partition of the Shop. 
Modes:
Off ⏹️ - the section is hidden.
Вкл ▶️ - the section is visible.

Currency

Usually a three-four-letter code represented by Latin letters. For example: RUB, USD, EUR, BTC, TRX. Will be substituted in places where messages are showing the price or a total cost of the Items.


Decimals

The setting allows you to determine how many decimal places should be displayed when presenting amounts in the currency of your shop. Range: from 0 to 8.

The current value is displayed on the button itself.


Comment to order

Allows the user to add a comment (explanation) to his Order for the Admin. The opportunity appears at the stage of Order Checkout

Enables and disables the «Comment to Order» option at the Checkout stage. 
Modes:
Off ⏹️ - without the ability to leave a comment (default).
On ▶️ - the user can leave a comment.

Please note that this is not a function that allows you to leave a comment for other users. This is an additional information for the admin on the current order, which the user can leave when placing an order. For example, when buying a cake, you can specify the text that should be written on it.

 

Payment Methods

This section allows you to add details of your own (regional) payment systems to accept payments manually. It also contains pre-installed system payment methods that can be turned on and off according to your needs.

The payment options you add are NOT processed automatically and are NOT credited to the user's balance. In fact, this is a message with details and an admin notification.

The section allows you to add an option to the menu for selecting payment options when placing an Order and provide the user with the necessary details for making a money transfer. The bot's admin will receive a notification in the form of a message you specify. The fact of receiving and the amount of payment is checked by you personally - after which you can change the status of the Order manually - marking it as "Paid".

Add Your Payment

Allows you to create a new Payment option following the instructions of the step-by-step Wizard.

Payment through the Operator

System option - in fact, it is a feedback form that allows to contact the shop's admins if none of the existing payment methods suits the user.

Payment from balance

System option - allows the user to pay for the Order in the shop from the balance in your bot.


Delivery methods

This section allows you to enable or disable delivery methods that will be shown to the user when placing an order.

The settings for all methods are the same.

Pickup

The method in which the user himself comes to the desired address to receive the order.
● Information Message - allows you to create a message with delivery descriptions and addresses. This message will be shown to the user when placing an order if he selects this option.
● Delivery Status - this setting determines whether this delivery option will be shown to the user when checking out the Items.

Post Office

And this method allows the user to receive his order by mail. The address of the post office for delivery is indicated by the user in his Profile.

Courier

This method allows the user to receive his order by courier with delivery to the desired address. The address for delivery is specified by the user in his Profile.

Messages

Order Status Change

The template of the message that will be sent to the user when the Admin changes the status of his Order.

Message from the editor of the Order - section:

If the message is not set, the user will receive the default system message.

Delivery Info Change

The template of the message that will be sent to the user when the Admin changes the information about the delivery of his Order.

Manual Customer Notification

The template of the message that will be sent to the user when the Admin writes a manual notification to the user regarding his Order.

Pagination

With a large number of Products in the Category, it allows you to split their display into pages. The section contains settings for such a partition.

Posts per page

The setting determines how many products will be placed on one page.

Custom Pagination Buttons

The setting allows you to choose which page navigation buttons will be present in the interface.

IMPORTANT: It is IMPOSSIBLE to disable the display of all page control buttons. If you turn off the display of all buttons in the «Custom Pagination Buttons» section, the system will perceive this as "No settings" - this means that all buttons will be visible.

The setting allows you to set your own icons for the navigation buttons between pages.

Pagination settings are carried out in the same way as it happens in the Bot itself.

 

Customization

This section contains all the settings that allow you to customize the appearance of your Shop.

Shop Main Menu Buttons

There are four main buttons in the Shop Main Menu:
• Exit
• Top
• Cart
• Profile
This setting allows you to edit their appearance.

Please note that all four buttons are placed in one row, choose short names for these buttons, it is best to use one emoji per button.
