Orders

Section of the Shop in which all received orders are collected. You managing orders in this section.

To go to the Orders section, go to your Bot:

In the general case, working with orders goes like this: using Β«FiltersΒ» and Β«ParametersΒ», you make a list of orders that you will work with, and then proceed to individual work with each of them.

Gives you full control over the orders of your shop - orders can be filtered by time, by status, other characteristics, as well as presented as a list or individually, changed the status.

Presentation mode

Orders can be presented in an abbreviated form - as a list in one message, or you can show them one by one with details.

Switching the view is done using the middle button in the top row.

Next, Previous Order (Page)

If there are a large number of orders in the list (or if orders are presented one at a time), orders are paginated.

Arrows allow you to go to other pages forward and backward, or to the next and previous order. If there is no arrow, then the transition in this direction is impossible.

Filter

With a large number of orders, in order not to clutter up the interface, orders can be filtered by various criteria, thereby reducing their number for simultaneous display.

By date

Filters existing orders by the time they were created.
● Today
● 2 Days
● 7 Days
● All Time

Only one option can be selected.

By status

Shows orders with the statuses you specified.

You can select any number of options.

Parameter

Allows you to sort the submitted orders by a single parameter.
● Order ID
● Customer ID
● Order Status
● Order Creation Date

Only one option can be selected.


Alphabetical sort mode

Orders sorted by a particular characteristic can be sorted alphabetically, both from top to bottom and from bottom to top.

Use the middle button of the second row with up and down arrows.

Once you have compiled a list of orders those ones you will work, with the help of Filters, Parameters and Sorting, you can proceed to work with each of them individually.

❖ Working with a single order


If the selected orders are represented by the "List", then to edit a separate order, you need to click on the command with its identifier.

If the orders are presented as "Single", then to edit the order parameters, you need to press the inline Β«ManageΒ» button under the message with the Order's data.


Order status

The setting allows you to change the Order's Status in accordance with the stage at which it is being processed inside the shop.

Notify user

Allows you to notify the user about the new Order Status when it is changed by the Admin. The user will receive a message in the bot.
Modes:
Off ⏹️ - the function is disabled.
On ▢️ - the function is enabled (default).

IMPORTANT: each time you enter the settings, this option will be ON - regardless of the settings of the previous send. That means, you can only turn off the notification, for the current message.

Statuses

● Canceled - the order was canceled, either by the admin or by the user.
● Created - the order has been created, but has not yet been paid by the user.
● Checking payment - the order has been created and the user has sent a request for payment manually, the admin checks the receipt of funds.
● Paid - the order was paid from the Balance in the bot, or the admin confirmed the receipt of funds when manually checking the payment and changed the status.

The status is needed if the shop has the ability to pay from the Balance in the bot or if different people are involved in manual verification of payment and preparation for shipment, otherwise you can immediately go to the next status).

● Preparing for shipment - the order is collected at the warehouse and packed.
● Shipped (On the way) - the order is on the way.
● Delivered - accepted at the point of issue or ready for pickup.
● Received - the order has been received by the customer.
● Dispute - the order is disputed by the customer for any reason.Β 
● Return - the user is in the process of returning a product or order.
● Returned - the order has been returned to the warehouse.
● Completed - the return period has passed, the order has been completed in full, there are no more obligations on it.

Statuses are standardized and can not be manually customized.

The list of statuses will be optimized.

Set delivery info

Here you can place additional information about the delivery (for example, tracking number, etc.).

This message will be visible to the user in the Order information - the Orders section, as well as to the Admin in the Order Management section when working with a single order.

Notify user

Allows you to notify the user about the new delivery info when it is changed or added by the Admin. The user will receive a message in the bot.
Modes:
Off ⏹️ - the function is disabled.
On ▢️ - the function is enabled (default).

IMPORTANT: each time you enter the settings, this option will be ON - regardless of the settings of the previous send. That means, you can only turn off the notification, for the current message.

Send Message to Customer

Here you can send a message directly to the customer in the chat with the bot. The message will come with an indication of the Order to which it refers.

This is a purely informational message, it is not stored anywhere except for the user's chat history. The recipient will not be able to reply to this message - it was not created to start a conversation, but to inform customer of something if necessary.
