Profile

A Profile is a user's personal account area in the Shop, in which he can save his contact details, addresses, and also see information about his Orders.

Orders

This menu contains all the User's Orders in this Shop.

Each individual Order will be presented with a summary message, details of each Order can be viewed by clicking on the Inline View button below the message.

View

Allows you to view detailed data on a specific Order as well as Pay, Cancel, or Delete an Order.

The set of available options will depend on the current status of the Order.

User can DELETED Order if it is in the status:
● Canceled
● Created
● Completed

User can CHANGE A COMMENT for Order if it is in the status:
● Created

Delivery Addresses

In this menu, the user will be able to save for future use, the addresses for all delivery methods available in the shop.

Post

Here the user must specify the address of his post office.

Courier

Here the user must specify the delivery address in the form in which it will be passed on to the courier.

Available shipping methods are set in Shop Settings.

Contact number

If desired, the user will be able to save his phone number so that the bot's admin, if necessary, can contact him.
