1. In the Global Referral System, you receive a percentage of your referrals' TRANSACTIONS (payments), not just from the fact that they clicked on the link. There's no need to drive tons of empty accounts or your bot farms through the referral system.
2. The referral system HAS NO TIME LIMIT - your Active Referrals (AR) accumulate over time and don't disappear.
Over the years (since its founding in 2018), the Constructor has remained true to its original principles and development paradigm: it DOES NOT ADVERTISE ITSELF IN YOUR BOTS, nor does it FORCE ADVERTISEMENT. Instead, we build our relationships by offering open and fair interaction models. We continue to follow our beliefs in matters of promotion.
While other bot-building platforms often actively promote THEMSELVES in projects you create, or require a subscription to third-party projects as a condition of use, we offer the «Global Referral System of Constructor» - where you, by helping promote the Constructor, get the opportunity to earn for your work!
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: Initially, and for many years, the Constructor featured a single referral program of «Advertisement Market» and only later the unified «Global Referral System of Constructor» (GRSC) was implemented. Since the terms and mechanics of the Advertisement Market referral system were already established, it was decided to leave it the way it is and instead make it a natural extension of the Global Referral System. Therefore, despite the fact that both of these referral systems are part of a single whole and share referrals, it has been decided not to merge their manuals at this time. Therefore, for the features and conditions of the Global Referral System, please refer to THIS manual, and for the specifics of Advertisement Market referral system, please refer to its own section.
Neither new nor existing users need to take any action regarding the merger of the referral systems. Both systems will be seamlessly integrated. However, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the specifics of both systems to better understand the process and communicate the benefits of clicking YOUR referral link to your referrals. In both referral systems, clicking a referral link grants REFERRAL BONUSES, which the Constructor provides you with!
FEATURES OF THE UNIFICATION OF REFERRAL SYSTEMS: If you had referrals in Advertisement Market , they will continue to exist under the same conditions under which they were invited. New referrals of the Global Referral System of Constructor will be counted starting from the moment of the official launch of the Global Referral System.
❖ Terms of the global referral system
CONDITION 1
You receive a percentage of your referrals' payments:
- purchase of TMH tokens for constructor functionality
- orders in the Advertisement Market (the referral terms are in Advertisement Market manual).
WE REPEAT: you receive a percentage of your referrals' TRANSACTIONS (payments), not just from the fact that they clicked on the link. There's no need to drive tons of empty accounts or your bot farms through the referral system.
CONDITION 2
A referral who has completed at least one transaction is considered an «Active Referral» (AR).
CONDITION 3
The more «Active Referrals» (AR) you have, the higher your percentage of commission per transaction.
The referral system HAS NO TIME LIMIT - your Active Referrals (AR) accumulate over time and do not disappear.
Level 1: 1-9 AR . . . . 5%
Level 2: 10-99 AR . . . 10%
Level 3: 100-999 AR . . 15%
Level 4: 1k-9999 AR . . 20%
Level 5: 10k+ AR. . . . 25%THE REWARD is credited in the transaction's actual currency at the moment the referral completes the transaction. A transaction is:
● Purchasing TMH in the Extensions section (paid in the transaction's currency).
● Completing (or canceling a partially completed) order in Advertisement Market - accrual according to the Advertisement Market rules in the order's currency (for orders in TMH, there is no referral payment. Because it was made at the time the referral purchased TMH).
● Upon manual top-up of TMH ((!) only TMH) (payment in TMH).

❖ Cashback from the constructor (for a new referral)
We know that some users may delete the referral part of their link when they click on it. This is frustrating. To help you motivate users to use your referral link without deleting it, we offer a small bonus for your referral.
Every new referral receives 30% cashback in TMH on their first TMH token purchase for activating Extensions! The cashback is immediately credited to the referral's balance right upon purchase of TMH.
You can include this information in your messages or share it with your subscribers.

Referral Statistics
You can check the current status of your referral system and progress.

Parameters:
● Link clicks - shows the total number of people who clicked on your link (has little effect on anything)
● Your current level - shows your «Level» (determines your reward percentage (see below))
├─ Active Referrals (AR) - the number of those who made at least one transaction.
└─ Remaining until the next level (AR) - the number (AR) that remains to reach the next level.
● Reward percentage - the current reward percentage of your referral's transaction.
● Total USDT earned - the estimated amount of all income (in all currencies), expressed in USDT (solely for your reference).

Currently, we've laid the foundation for this with a single global account setting, «Share Referral Percentage».
Share Referral Percentage
In addition to the Cashback from the Constructor (see above), you can increase the attractiveness of your referral link by adding a PERMANENT (OR TEMPORARY) PERSONAL CASHBACK (analogous to or in addition to the Cashback from the Constructor (see above)).

In this section, you can specify the referral percentage you want to share with your referrals as Cashback. The percentage of their TRANSACTION AMOUNT you specify will be deducted from your reward and returned to the referral in TMH, as Cashback.
● You can use fractional percentage values.
● The current maximum percentage value is determined by your AR «Level».
● This setting is global - it applies to ALL referrals on your account (those who came BEFORE and AFTER the percentage was changed).
● The option is enabled and remains active until manually disabled. To disable, set the percentage to 0 (zero).
● The minimum duration of the promotion is 7 days. During this time, you will not be able to disable your promotion; you can only increase the reward percentage (the 7-day countdown will then start over).
EXAMPLE: If your Level is 3, your reward percentage is 15%; you can specify 5% - then you will receive 10% of the transaction (in the payment currency) as a referral reward, and your referral will receive 5% of the transaction (in TMH) as Cashback.
Use this opportunity to share your rewards in your referral campaigns to motivate referrals to use your referral link - as a supplement to OUR Cashback (see above).
This is the basic functionality for creating your own personalized promotions. It's intentionally designed as a hybrid (to be used as both a permanent and temporary setting). There are plans to further development, including ideas from your feedback.
Check referral
If you want to know whether a particular Telegram user is your referral in the Constructor, you can find it out in the «Check Referral» section.

The bot will only answer whether user is registered as referral or not. No other account information can be obtained there.
❖ Developers' Note
If you plan to use the Constructor's referral link in your bot, please don't format your messages as if they were forced messages from bot constructors. Make it clear to your users that the Constructor does not advertise itself in your bot, and that posting of the link is purely your personal initiative to help promote the good project you use yourself.
Some of you posted links to the Constructor in your projects even before the Global Referral System was introduced - we occasionally noticed this when you asked for help with questions about your bot's menu functionality. We were grateful for this then, and we will be grateful now (now with the ability to reward you). However, in light of the introduction of the Global Referral System, this issue has become even more vivid. That fact that Constructor does not advertise itself forcibly in your bots we consider to be one of the IMPORTANT PRINCIPLES - the foundation of our beliefs. We are proud that we have managed to develop the project without compromising these principles, and therefore, we especially do not want these principles to be subject to any ambiguous interpretation, despite your best intentions.
