What is QnA chat

This tutorial is devoted to the description of the functionality and principles of the QnA chat in the bot constructor @MenuBuilderBot. QnA Chat is an advanced tool that is part of the Feedback Forms functionality.

While the functionality of Forms works more on the side of users, allowing them to collect and save their data, QnA chat is a unique mechanism for communication between bot users and its admins. Initially developed for communication within Menu Bot, now it can work in groups, and its close relationship with the functionality of forms, for transferring collected data, has turned it into a powerful and most flexible tool for organizing feedback in your project.

QnA chat, in its basic concept, is the original development of the @MenuBuilderBot project and a unique communication mode between the Bot's Administrator and its users inside of the Menu Bot itself. It allowed admins to do not create a separate "support bot" for rare dialogues, in addition, the admin could now determine how long he wants to communicate with the user - he could interrupt the dialog at any time. We (and apparently you) have never seen such thing in Telegram. The initial concept of development and the area of application have left an imprint on the mechanics of its work.

At the dawn of the @MenuBuilderBot project, we needed a tool for organizing feedback inside the Menu Bot. QnA Chat was not originally designed for simultaneous, full-fledged communication with a large number of users. It was supposed to be used only in order to clarify the necessary points in one or two messages and/or find out the user's contacts for subsequent full-fledged communication. We believed, as we, in principle, are believing now, that Menu Bots is not the best place for a full-fledged chat. You don't want to receive messages from 1k users randomly while using the menu of your bot. In order to do not "fence gardens" with Bans and Mutes, we then came up with this system of quick answers - QnA chat.

However, over time, the original concept of QnA Chat has evolved. Largely due to requests from community members, the QnA chat functionality can now be used in groups. Admins of your bot, being in groups, can now receive responses from "Feedback Forms" that are created in the bot, as well as respond to the users of the bot directly from the group - keeping the entire history of communication. In addition, a separate group can be assigned to EACH feedback form in your bot! At the moment, QnA chat is a powerful tool for creating feedback and organizing a support service in your Menu Bot, created on the @MenuBuilderBot constructor. The functionality will develop further and acquire with a new features.
